We noticed this house is being used for short term/rental and Airbnb but not certain if this is licensed. We are in the same complex and to my best knowledge short term rental is not permitted here. Also we have filed a noise complaint to the city since we are observing noise from house parties at late hours (currently 2am and ongoing)
