PER CSB: In backyard on Wallingford or Desmore-now there is a load of chips in front yard on Wallingford. Did they get a permit and were they exceptional? What type of tree? These trees anchor the Redwood tree. Redwood tree is more danger of blowing over if the other surrounding trees are removed
