Complaint: Weeds
Opened April 7, 2014
Vegetation completely covers sidewalk but does NOT force pedestrians into the street. Complainant believes this is a rental and that renters have not been passing along neighbors' requests to trim bushes away from the sidewalk to the property owner.

Per online complaint: "For years the bushes have obstructed the sidewalk but they cut the grass so you have to walk on that. Can not access sidewalk & have to cross the street to walk safely. Almost tipped daughter over in stroller many times because of this."
