Complaint: Construction
Opened August 2, 2022
Second complaint- constructor snd property owner left sewer trench open snd uncovered. The wood fence tied up next to the side walk is less secure tonight than last night. Per Online; Complaint is regarding construction of DADU in the back yard of the residence at 8241 2nd Ave NE. This is my fifth complaint. When the alley is, as has been blocked by the

The actual DADU construction occurring on the property does not match the site plans that are available in the on-line permit information. Much more of the site is covered than the plans depict. The new construction is much closer to the existing residence and to the property line next to the alley.

A DADU is being constructed on the property. The neighbors have just found out that the owner intends, or is in the process of, subdividing the lot into two separate parcels. The lots will be too small when subdivided and the DADU being built is much larger than what is depicted on the permit plans in the on-line file. Is a variance required for a subdivision under these circumstances? Is this in violation of the issued permit for a DADU?
