Overgrown ADA Ramp near NE A63rd St and 9th Ave NE. My wife and I have a newborn and walk with a stroller at this intersection often, this ramp being overgrown forces us to walk into the street. Can this be chopped back a bit? Thank you!

Lease up at end of June curious if house is bought by him before lease is up and they move out, what the process would look like for how much money is owed to landlord. Lease says security deposit can't be given back if they terminate lease before the end of its term. Is that legal?

Overgrown vegetation in planting strip along 9th avenue. Foxtail is highly dangerous to neighborhood pets and the grass is drying and releasing foxtails on the sidewalk and road.
