Cans have been permanently placed blocking the sidewalk so no other street users can use the sidewalks. The City has been out to cite the cans multiple times and nothing has been done. Land owner and property manager have been spoken to and they do not care to address the problem and refuse to acknowledge the issue. No walkers can use the sidewalk, strollers and disabled can't use the sidewalks. It's been a problem for ages and no one will address it. Please take action
