We have been without heating since Monday 1/9/23. We notified the landlord of this situation where they said they are working on getting this fixed the same day. However we got no confirmation that anyone was coming to fix this until Thursday 1/12/23. They notified us that an HVAC crew would fix it for us on Friday 1/13/23 and this crew never showed up to our house. We notified them of this on Friday 1/13/22 and asked for a response to get this taken care of now. This has not been responded to

per online complaint: The tenant who look like they moved out this week have not taken there trash out for 6 weeks. It is piled up on the east side of the property overflowing out of cans. Additionally several bedrooms have been added to this home over the past year without permits
