I called about this earlier this morning but now have more information to provide. I have reason to believe a 3rd unit is being added to this duplex against current zoning and without a permit. In addition to the demo done yesterday, they are now cutting into the concrete foundation from the side. The previous owner had mentioned the buyer's intent to add a third unit and I had not dismissed her comments as hearsay but the work being done is exactly in line with what she ha
