Per undated letter received 8/11/09: "...we were told it would be a 3-story house behind us. It is actually three stories on top of a garage at street level--which makes it four stories tall. This completely blocks our view which we are not happy about...Our biggest issue, however, is that the developer dug down into the site about 10 feet or so at the back of our back yard, and they did not put in a retaining wall.
