I moved in recently and everything in building has been great, but for last couple of months I hear thumping sounds at the same times every evening, and throughout the night. I hear them much less rarely during day, but sometimes. Thump is rather loud, but not a bang or door slam. It sounds like a fist gently and consistently hitting a counter top. There is a strong stench of garbage originating from the trash room that permeates into my living space adjacent to the trash room. The smell became increasing noticeable by June 30th 2023 and an email was sent to the property manager. On July 4th the accumulation of garbage was so extensive that trash was lined up in the hallway blocking emergency egress. I have pictures to substantiate. I submitted an application because I planned to live in "Rise on 67th" apartments. After I applied, I received an invoice for move-in costs.
