Per Online; I believe that my landlord is involved in unethical behavior. I was attempting to sublet my room and found someone who wanted to sublease and had paid the fees for the background check and credit check, is respectful, well mannered, and who I am confident would show the utmost respect for the property. He made it clear to my landlord that he did not want to sign a new lease after the 1 month sublease would be over. Since I had already paid my landlord for that final
