Have done the following in a Potential Slide ECA without permits & inspections: 24" tall on west side, 2nd story deck on east side, expanded house to the north by 2'-3' and removed 4' retaining wall along north P/L adjacent to alley (perpendicular to alley). See attached e-mail with photos and see attached aerial photos.
