An apartment below me in the Freya building (the offending apartment is unit 016) is making loud engine noises at night which come from the poorly maintained or defective fans in the bathrooms on the basement floor. Their is one switch for both the bathroom light and fan. This fan is so loud that I cannot sleep at night when it is on. Neighbor has exemplified physically aggressive behaviors towards me and management company has done nothing about it when I reported it. I asked to be terminated from my lease as I fear for my safety and they will not allow it.
