There is no accessible parking for handicapped/disabled tenants of this 55plus low income apartment building. There is a parking garage which they say is for employees only. Street parking on Rainier Ave is very difficult to find near to my building. I use a walker and walking from a distant spot on Rainier can be difficult for me. This is a new building(opened last spring).

My complaint is about the construction that is happening in front of the apartment building I live in (Seward Park Apartments). They are starting construction at 6:30 am and incredibly loud. I have not been able to rest properly due to this and it has caused distress. Please have them begin construction at a decent hour where is does not disrupt residents sleep.
