my rental unt has violations of the municipal codes 22.206.050 A and F,22.206.080 plants growing thru walls weather seals (broken window 22.206.140 section J-3) mold debris. 22.206.160 no smoke or carbon detectors. my electrical panel is right above my sink and im scared when i wash dishes but im not sure what code it falls under i have spiders all over my house and i can smells the bathroom if its used why i am cooking.

per online complaint: Vacant building. Had fire about 1yr ago. building has been boarded up with periodic evidence of break-in entry (ladders, pried open doors/windows) since. No evidence of action regarding repair or any other positive activity. Parking strip overgrown. Repair or demolish please.
