The contractors building a new house on the property next door have severely damaged my fence on the back half of my property. This first occurred in early November. On November 4th, the contractor said he would repair the fence the following week. Nothing has been done. They undermined the fence posts and left them dangling with 2 feet or more for weeks before minimally shoring up their side. They are constantly throwing waste wood over the fence into my garden.
