WEEDS--per online--This is not about this specific house. I used this address because your form requires one.The sidewalk on the east side of 16th NW between NW 83rd and NW 85th in Ballard/Crown Hill is more-than-half to completely overgrown in more than one place. The homeowners appear disinclined to maintain their greenery. Perhaps the City can encourage them, or take a weedwhacker and shovel to the greenery.The sidewalk is passable if you have 2 functioning legs,
