PER ONLINE: Window on basement unit has a 14 inch crack. Landlord informed us that they do not intend to replace the window.I am concerned that this might affect heating bills and security, but before creating a formal seattle tenant laws complaint, would like a consult.The Seattle tenant laws are a little unclear as to what constitutes a violation with regards to windows.
