Per Online; An arbor has been constructed in the front yard of the residence, within the required yard area. The arbor footprint exceeds the 40 SF maximum and may exceed the 8 ft high vertical limit. This is not an allowed structure and should be modified or removed.

The tarp is greater than 6 feet in height and acts as a screen/fence to hide a dump of a backyard. The tarp/fence can be viewed on Google Street View as seen from the alley and does not comply with city fence requirements. The landlord/property owner is Jean M Gregory who lives at 6708 DAYTON AVE N 98103.
