Per online complaint: "RCW 59.18.070 Lock to front door is broken; no deadbolt or key to lock door from the inside; no way to ensure that the door is locked when inside unit; safety concern that can be remedied by installation of a deadbolt that can be locked from either side; no action on 3/31 & 5/18 repair requests."
