First and foremost, the elevator has been out for over a month in the Maude Apartment complex, recently acquired by Thrive Management. This has been a major impediment for anyone living about the second floor, has caused me personally to twist my ankles three times so far, and is making the apartment unlivable for people with serious disabilities. Recent skateboarding injury, elevator broke while he was in his medical boot. Management did not make accommodations, told him to use stairs while injured and on 5th floor. His injury has gotten worse due to having to use stairs. Did not offer many accommodations and elevator will not be fixed until beginning of June. Tenant rights.

There is an electrical issue regarding my breakers which causes them to consistently flip off throughout the day virtually every day. Three breakers in particular are affected including one that is responsible for powering ALL of the lights in my apartment and the large majority of electrical outlets.
