Per online complaint "Tenant-occupied damaged/dangerous building: Upstairs tenant likes to kick walls and jump up and down at all hours. It shakes my ceiling. Property manager knows of the problem. Cracks are started to form walls that makes me worried about the structural integrity of the entire building."
