There is a very obvious leak in one of our 3 shared water heaters in our building. It has very obviously been decaying the area within the space and leaking outwards creating structural issues. As tenants we have reached out to our landlord and property manager several times with no response.

Tenant is on a month to month starting September. She was told 4-5 months ago if she didn't renew her rent would increase. There is a rent increase of $115 to her base rent. She never agreed or signed anything. Tenants is on an automatic payment. Extra rent has been taken out and she has other late fees. What are rights?
