The south-facing wall of the ground floor Unit 1 is insecurely framed, and the framing that is present is in a state of demonstrably advanced decay. A contractor described the framing issue as an "emergency" in need of "urgent" attention. Property manager Mark Pennucci from Roanoke Group in Seattle was contacted by the contractor group after their visit on 10/1/2025 and a tenant followed up on 10/13 and 10/19/2025. The retaining wall below the chain link fence is in need of serious repair or replacement. I'm concerned that it hasn't been maintained for many years. I'm also concerned that it will collapse and affect my property.
