Per online complaint: "My apartment complex has been infested with cockroaches the entire year I lived here. They have sprayed the apartment only once, and that did nothing to stop the infestation. Neighbors have said that when an Orkin man came out long ago, he reported the basememnt was so infested he couldn't fix it." kj
