Noxious odors from a cooking appliance in a restaurant affecting the surrounding residential neighborhood. I am unsure if this falls under city code, but the wood smoke coming from the woodfired oven in this establishment blankets the surrounding block with the smell of burning wet wood from about 30 minutes before they open, to late in the evening. On days when the wind is calm, it is particularly bad, but even on windy days the odor is noticeable.
