9/27/11 KB inspected property and Land use violation exists - home occ/# of cars/inopsupwards of 15 cars on this lot, tow truck and several cars being worked on. no website activity but cleary use is a business. Spoke to tenant on site and he stated cars and tow truck are part of the way he earned money.

Per online complaint, "Multiple vehicles in disrepair, junk storage, being used as a tow truck business and tow truck parking facility, appears to be used as a car repair shop." NOTE: Also using the adjacent City Light easement to store their cars on.
