tenant rights cannot pay full rent made agreement with landlord to pay 1/2 then the other 1/2 I was told that if I do this again they will charge me the $250 late fee to cover the cost what the bank charges them if mortgage pymt is late.

Pump broke in November of 2005 causing a leak in the bedroom wall. The carpets in the bedrooms are all wet and there is a soft spot in the wall.

zoning- overhang addition in side yard.hbmc violationssoggy carpet, broken wall covering and mold bsmt bedrooms. Compl did not want complete inspection as they are moving, but other violations noted.basement windows do not meet light and ventilation requirements.
