Per online complaint: "Tenants at 8427 48th Ave S Seattle, WA 98118-4624 run a car repair shop in a residentially zoned neighborhood. Cars parked in tiny yard on 47th and on both sides of his house on the street (on 48th & 47th Ave. S. 98118). Some cars haven't moved in months. Runs compressor causes fumes and noise."
