They have been doing a bunch of work on the house and garage. They haven't pulled any permits for anything. We have seen plumbers, roofer and electricians. They block the sidewalk with work trucks  and park in no park zones areas. It looks like they are turning the detached garage into a rental unit.

I would love if someone to tell me why I have spend thousands of dollars on permits and they haven't pulled any for all the upgrades they have done in the last few months. Why did I need to pull a permit for installing a heat pump and they don't. Why did I have to get permits for electrical work in my shop while they don't. I have pictures over the last few months of the progress. I have made complaints and nothings.

it's surprising that multiple complaints have been made and  there have been no permits issued for any of the work that has been done.  They have done a bunch of electrical work and plumbing work on the main house and also the garage. There is now a faucet on the garage, electrical outlets and new fixture that you can see from the street. They also have done a bunch of electrical work in the garage. converted it from a basic unfinished garage to a living spaces with multiple new outlets and new

They have not pulled permits for an of the work they have been doing inside the house and the garage. Today they had an electrician installing new outlets and a light on the outside of the garage. They also blocked the sidewalk with two trucks. (See pictures)

They have been doing a ton of work on the house and garage. They have pulled no permits. They have converted the Garage into an DADU. They have blocked/ Park in no park zones and blocked the sidewalks multiple time on Sullivan (the back of the house). You can see the new HVAC system on the back of the house (see Pictures). The house was sold in October 2023 and you can compare the pictures on Zillow to now. I have attached some pictures.
