Complaint: Weeds

Opened October 6, 2017 · Updated October 24, 2017

Per CSB: I have reported these buildings in the past. The owner of this property has allowed thorn bushes to become overgrown. They block the sidewalk and collect trash. Rats can be seen and heard scurrying through the vegetation and retaining wall. Aside from being an eye sore and danger for thorns scratches, the rats are a great concern.

Complaint: Weeds

Opened August 28, 2017

per online complaint: There's actually a series of buildings here, but this is the most egregious. Because they haven't trimmed the vegetation, you can barely get through the sidewalk. Vegetation is hanging over from the property, including thorny branches, as well as overgrowth from parking strip.
