Vacant building not open to entry. Junk/debris on front and rear yards. According to complainant, it was dumped there by the neighbor living @ 8441 Delridge Wy SW. Complainant would like to get updates and is willing to meet the inspector at the site.

There has been a machine of some sort running in my neighbors back/side yard non-stop since Friday night (it is now Sunday morning). My neighbor has not been home during this time so I have not been able to contact him about it. The noise is loud, like a generator or air compressor and is causing me to keep my windows shut but it still comes through.
