Per Online; There is active construction on the listed property and as it proceeds it appears as though the plans did not consider ingress and egress to the driveway at 848 NW 56th Street that is located in the alley. The proposed units are built right up to the property line and inhibit access to the existing driveway of 848 NW 56th Street. Reviewing the plans for the property the drive to 848 is omitted from the proposal.
