I live in this building and our landlord Nordic is charging us for utilities through a RUBS system but they aren't posting the actual master utility bills anywhere in the building like they are supposed to. Nobody here can see what the actual city utility bills are to check if the math is right. Also the tenant utility notice that is pinned up in the laundry room is missing the first couple of pages and you can see on the bottom it starts on page 3. I am filing a complaint against my landlord for violating the Third Party Billing Ordinance. They have not provided the required documentation and the bills include several 'base fees' which are over the noted $2 limit.I have been trying to contact my property manager for this information for over a month but they have not provided anything at all.The property owner is Nordic Investments and our property manager is Will Thompson. Our building is named 'Nordic Crown.'
