There are SCL crews at the intersection. They have been doing loud construction work since 5pm. It is now 12:30 am and they are still running loud chainsaws and other loud machinery and the foreman is yelling. Why is such loud, intrusive construction allowed so late right next to many residential units? This did not seem like an emergency repair???!
