Baseboard heater not working in one of the bedrooms. Remaining baseboard heaters are working properly. Owner cut 2' x 2' hole in the bathroom ceiling to drain water from burst pipe 2 months ago. Owner hasn't been back to repair the hole. The pipe hasn't been completely repaired either, still has a small leak.
