per online complaint: House has been gutted and no sign of permits. Work on house occurs during the day and night, walls have been removed and it seems electrical work has been done.per follow up phone call: Ongoing rehabilitation project since Oct 2016. Construction debris often visible from alleyway - strewn out on driveway, sideyard, and inside garage. New windows have been installed around west and south side of the house. It appears as if the attic has been converted into habitable space.
