Landlord calling with questions. Tenants had mishap when fridge was replaced. Resulted in them cutting themselves with a hand knife, and cutting pipe in home. Blood all over unit. Landlord lives out of states. Would like to know how soon they have to fix this issue. What are their options and responsibility?
