I lived at 8520 Evanston Ave N, apartment 434, for about five years. When we moved out, the landlord failed to provide any specific reason for withholding $235 of my security deposit. I would say we cleaned the apartment as good or better than when we moved in. When prompted for justification for the deduction due to "general cleaning," the landlord sent an invoice from DoubleG Services (Bellevue, WA) showing a charge of $235 for "The Mac unit 408." The Max Apartments at 8520 Evanston Ave N, has had multiple and continued plumbing failures including waste water pipes backing up, toilet failures and waste water pipe failures that has led to significant flooding in the residential units, inside common areas and the parking garage. Pacific Crest Real Estate has failed to adequately clean up these plumbing failures, resulting in putting resident's health in jeopardy. They are not fixing the plumbing issues and only replacing

My top-floor apartment has been leaking water through the roof/ceiling each time it rains since the start of January. The landlord refuses to make or initiate repairs, or monetary compensation since "they didn't cause the problem". Drywall has started to sag from the weight of the water, and the water has soaked into the carpet directly below the leak.
