Noise Complaint: there is construction across our apartment complex and there seems to be a machine/generator that runs through the night. The noise is really loud and disturbs our sleep.

Per Online; I live in the building of 8524 Phinney Ave N, and there has been a constant buzzing noise for 3 days straight now all day and night from the construction right across our building. I have no idea where it's coming from exactly, we received no email/letter of any machinery being used that would have notified us of any loud noises like this beforehand and it's literally driving me insane, I am losing so much sleep even with pillows over my head and a white noise mach
