I was boating on lake washington and noticed a boat on a lift that looked far too big for the lift it was on. I checked the location on maps, and checked the permitting records and noticed that that address does not have any permits for a boat lift. I am concerned that this lift was installed without a permit and therefore potentially negatively impacts any fish spawning grounds along that shore
