PER PHONE COMPLAINT: There was a water leak/flood on January 4th, 2017 in bedroom closet. Complainant is concerned about the mold and moisture left behind in closet. She would like to ahve someone inspect the area. She is available in the afternoons around 12:30pm most days.

Per online complaint: Advised property manger of what appears to be water damage to ceiling and possibly wall/floor/baseboard on Feb. 12. Work order placed Feb. 15. No one has come to look at problem. Was asked to vacate the unit the same day I asked that priority be escalated. Concerned re: mold growth if not remedied.

Car was crashed, all of the coolant leaked out of the engine, backseat caught on fire. Windows broken, doors left open. Has to be stolen. There is also a relatively recent homeless encampment that sprung up 70 feet away from where the car was left.
