A gate was just built on Aurora Ave N at 8600 Aurora Ave N Seattle at the Apartments called Way West. They trapped my daugher car in all night so we could not get out. The guy at apartments said they did not need permits and built it without any safety or way for us to escape the area if we are parked or if there is a fire. It is not permitted and it is blocking easement between aurora and nesbit. My daughter tried to talk to them but they threatened her. Please help with this urgent safety.T
