Per online complaint, "Substandard rental housing conditions.Mold growth on personal property in multiple locations throughout the rental. Contact was made to the owner of the rental property, minimal efforts were made to correct said problem. Use of certain areas in the home (closets and 2nd bathroom) is now limited."

Housing complaints: electric wall heater doesn't turn on in one bedroom, mold, ceiling soft and sagging in bathroom. NOTE: The tenant would like to move out, but the landlord will not release him from the lease.
