per online complaint dated on 4/2/2007-"One inoperable car in the alley for 12 mos. Trash, construction site salvage, auto parts, yard waste are repeatedly dumped here. Eden pest control technician says there's increased rat activity at my bait stations. I don't want to live at city dump!"
