I believe my roommate, who I sublet from, has initiated an illegal eviction notice. Our rental agreement was made verbially, but there is a paper trail of rental and utility payments. Our rental agreement was to end July 31st or when I moved in to my new apartment (July 5th) but he gave me notice this morning (June 24th) and demanded I move out tomorrow (June 25th) with no just cause.
