PER CSB: SPU: UNIMPROVED AND UNPAVED ALLEY WITH TALL GRASS AND OVERGROWTH. DEBRIS AT END OF ALLEYWAY IS NOT ACCESSIBLE.It is in the alley, blocking traffic flow. Many broken lawn mowers, construction debris, random wood, containers etc.
