Per Online;My two roommates and I signed a rental agreement and moved into the property at the beginning of December 2022. From the moment we moved in, we have had major issues with the house, to include inadequate heat and hot water. I have not had hot water in my bathroom's shower since moving in, and the heating system in the house does not work, forcing us to run space heaters and our gas fireplace almost constantly, which is driving up our utilities costs.
