Deck being built, permit (6978758-CN) states incorrectly that there were no tenants but there are tenants. Caller wants to speak to someone from SDCI to see if this will result in a TRAO hold placed on project. Caller indicates it would not be necessary to relocate tenants in this case.

"Per online complaint" Mrs. Backman has changed the use of her single family home to an illegal duplex. And has created excessive use of shared easement by having renters use it as duplex parking. Please contact me and let me know what can be done.
