The rear exit door has been bolted closed permanently to prevent homeless population and guests from entering. Residents are unable to gain entry or egress from Nesbit Ave where all parking is located. Door still looks like an exit with only a piece of paper on the door telling people it is closed permanently. The rear gate has been chained shut for the 3rd time. Management needs someone to advise them this violates Seattle Fire Code. The access to the outdoor roof patio area has been permanently blocked. This should be open for fire escape should exits be blocked by fire.
